Ticket registration and creating MyRockfest-account

1. Register in to MyRockfest here
2. Connect only your festival ticket to your account
3. You can now purchase merchandise in advance, upgrade your ticket and top up money to your account (Upgrade is only shown on the receipt until you go through the festival gates)
4. Do not connect your camping ticket or parking ticket to your account. If you do so go to Cashless info to solve this problem

When you get your wristband

1. Log in to MyRockfest account
2. Connect your wristband
3. Now you can connect all the tickets you have
4. You can now purchase merchandise in advance, upgrade your ticket and top up money to your account (Upgrade is only shown on the receipt until you go through the festival gates)

TOP UP

Your payment wristband is the only accepted payment method in the venue (festival store accepts debit/credit cards). You can top it up online or on site.

We recommend you to top up online. The online top-up is found here and is already open which means you can top up well in advance. We accept online banking, debit- and credit cards.

If you choose to top up on site, all top-up stations are marked with “Wristband Top up” symbols in the festival map. We accept cash and card at our top up stations. 1€ is charged for each top-up.

There will be another top up station at the VIP area.

REFUND

You will get your unused money back after the event.

You can withdraw your money back from your wristband at MyRockfest after 12:00 pm on Monday 10.6. It will take 1-3 days to get the money back to your account.

We will charge a 1 € service fee for refunds. Less than 2 € refunds will not be refunded.

Money can not be refunded in the event area.

You can apply for refund maximum of 1 month after the festival. After 10th of July we’ll charge 10 € for any refunds.

WRISTBAND PRE-EXCHANGE

Take all of your tickets and a valid ID when coming to the exchange point

If you have created MyRockfest account in advance and topped up money, the money will now transfer to your wristband.

Don’t try to connect your ticket again to your account.

Where do I find the receipts of my purchases?

All receipts will be delivered electrically to your MyRockfest-account.

My wristband got lost or got broken, what to do?

If you have done the top up online, all info and currency can be transmitted to a new wristband at the festival area exchange point. If you don’t register your wristband to your MyRockfest-account, take a photo or write down the numbers behind the wristband chip so your moneys can be transferred. If you don’t have the wristband number or you haven’t registered it, the transmission can not be made.

I have purchased the opening concert ticket + 3 day pass. Which ticket do I register at MyRockfest?

Just register the opening concert ticket. Take all of your tickets when you come to the event so we’ll connect them to your bracelet on the spot. Better safe than sorry ?

If I have 2 tickets for one day, can I activate both or do I have to make 2 accounts?

You cannot sign up more than one ticket for one account. You must create a MyRockfest account for both tickets. If you have 2 different day tickets, then you only have to register the first day ticket and take both tickets with you to the event so they can be connected to your bracelet on the spot

Can I attach many bracelets to my account?

No, you can not register more than one wristband for one account.

Can I share a 3 day ticket with my friend so that I will come to one day and my friend for two other days?

This is not possible because we exchange your ticket to wristbands, which also acts as a means of payment.

Why can I not activate my bus ticket?

Bus tickets will be shown to the driver from your mobile phone or as a printed ticket.

Why can not I activate my parking ticket?

The park ticket should not be linked to the account. The parking ticket must be purchased in advance and must be displayed to the parking assistant at the parking area. The parking ticket can either be printed or displayed on a cellphone upon arrival.

Why have not I received the wristband, even though I have ordered it?

You can receive a new bracelet from pre-change points or from wristband exchange points on festival days from Hyvinkää centrum, festival gate or camping area. In case of doubt, please contact info@rockfest.fi

My wristband came in tightened, what should I do?

I have not received the refund even though I have applied to it and reasonable processing time has gone, what do I do?

Contact support@getcashless.fi and inform your name and wristband number. We will check the wristband informations and be in touch with you as soon as possible.
